FAQ
How do you remove and replace the 24oz Tumbler slider?
To disassemble:
- Remove the straw
- Push the slider completely away from the drinking spout… push hard!
- There should now be space to get your finger partly beneath the slider.
- Lift the edge of the slider closest to the drinking spout upward.
- Once the slider is popped off, you can easily pull out the silicone gasket
To reassemble:
- Set the gasket back in place
- Fit slider back into the tracks
- Slide forward
Do you sell replacement straws and lids for the 24oz Tumbler?
While we don’t have replacement lids for tumblers, we do have straws! Click here if you need a new one (or just like having backups).
What safe liquids can be used with the 24oz Tumbler?
Water not cutting it? We’ve got good news! Tumblers are also friendly to other liquids, such as soda. It can even handle hot drinks, but use caution with hot drinks and never have them be hot enough to scald.
