I bought an owala bottle two years ago, however, my Lid broke 2 months ago. I reached to the customer service, not expecting anything at all but they were so kind and sent me an replacement for my Lid. It looks so cute, and the shipping was pretty fast. Even if my Owala have some scratches, it still looks pretty good. I'm highly satisfied with the product and the customer service in general.
