GREAT bag! good job owala!!

I got mine a bit later than it said but defentially worth the wait! to me it was a fairly good price and could keep my food cool in the summer! great bag! thanks owala! ✨🎀

5 star with a caveat

My wife loved this item. We used it down in Florida when it was extremely hot and we needed to take some food with us on a long day. It worked excellent until it got caught on the edge of the chair in our rental van. It tore open much easier than I would have thought as it was a metal edge at the bottom of the passenger van front seat that did not seem very sharp. It toured enough to leave a 1 inch hole and deflate the air pocket. This was a bit frustrating, but until then it was working quite well, super easy to travel with/pack up. Great design. Question the durability but they sent me a replacement right away, which was outstanding customer service. My family does own a massive amount of a wall because they truly are by far the best out there. Thanks again for tremendous customer service.
