Owala did a great job responding to our request about a faulty lid in a coffee cup. They reviewed and got us a replacement in a reasonable time. We appreciate the customer service.

These are perfect for my coffee (the shorter one) and my water (the taller one)!!! As long as I remember to slide the top piece closed, if I knock them over, they do not leak. This is great for me because I am really clumsy sometimes especially during the night (I drink lots of water and have diabetes) and in the morning when I’m also drinking coffee and half asleep still. They are easy for me to disassemble and wash all the pieces so I know they are clean (the lid mechanism) and the silicone piece that’s the seal. I’m thankful I found these and don’t have to worry about all the knocking over and spills thank goodness!
